We formulate our products with ingredients that are low on the comegenicity scale and should therefore not clog most people's skin. There are always exceptions to every rule.
How should I store my products?
We recommend storing your products in a cool dark place, away from direct sunlight and out of extreme temperatures.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products are made in small frequent batches and have a modest shelf life of about 12 months. For optional freshness, we recommend using your products within 6 months of receiving them.
Are your products gluten free?
We can not guarantee that the raw materials sourced are 100% without gluten.
What do your certifications mean?
Leaping Bunny is an organization dedicated to identifying products that are cruelty free. Our products are crafted with vegan ingredients and are never tested on animals.
Vegan Action is an organization working to end animal suffering. Our products are %100 vegan, meaning every single ingredient is animal byproduct free.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes our products are 100% vegan certified.
Are your products safe for pregnancy?
While we use natural and vegan ingredients, every individual is different. We recommend discussing any over the counter preparations with your obstetrician prior to use.
How long will each bottle last?
Depending entirely on product dosing per use, but on average 1 ounce serums (30 ml) and 1.7 ounce moisturizers (50 ml) products will last 2-3 months with twice daily use. Eight ounce facial cleansers will last up to 3 months with twice daily use.
What are your preservatives?
We mainly use natural preservative like Lonicera Caprifolium (Honeysuckle) Extract-Honeysuckle flower extract is used primarily for its anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and calming properties and as a natural preservative booster.
Sodium Benzoate- preservative, food grade. Naturally occurring in fruits such as apples, cranberries, prunes and plums. In order to insure the safety of our products we do bolster one of the formulations with Phenoxyethanol. It is gentle, non paraben and formaldehyde free. With inadequate preservation, products will spoil, the same way food does.
How does the bottle work?
Simply twist the silver part for the white pump to come up and lock into place. If you use your product frequently you can just leave it up. You can lock it back down for travel or if you are on the go. Please never leave your product in a hot car or by a window in the direct sun.
Why won’t anything come out of the pump at first?
The bottles are airless, that means they need to be “primed” before product will come out. Priming simply means pumping them several times to expel the air, thereby making them airless. We use mainly airless bottles to help ensure purity.
Are your products organic?
While many of our ingredients are organic, they are not certified organic.
Why aren't you using glass or ceramic bottles?
The simple answer is durability. Glass and ceramic can break both during shipping and during use. So while both are lovely and admittedly more eco-friendly, they aren't practical. If you have ever dropped your new serum bottle to have it crack, you would certainly agree.
How long will it take to see a change in my skin?
Positive results when it comes to health take time. Typically customers will notice their skin has improved in (elasticity, hydration, or tone) depending on what they've been targeting,within a few months. Instantaneous changes to the skin are only apparent with filler type products like Restylane or Juvederm. Even procedures like chemical peels and laser treatments have recovery periods where results are not evident. Your patience and commitment to the regimen is important.
Why is what I put on my skin so important?
The skin is the largest organ of the body and absorbs substances that are placed on it. Think transdermal medicinal patches, like contraception or blood pressure patches. Products that are used on a regular basis like skin care products, can pose negative health implications if the ingredients are potentially toxic. Many will argue this point, but that is what we believe.
How are some other natural products so much less expensive?
That is a great question, we ask ourselves that all the time. Our first guess is that they are not all natural, or that
they are mass produced on such a large scale that it drives the per piece cost of each product way down. Typically mass produced products need a long shelf life which natural preservatives don't provide. So we just don't know.

Presently we can only ship domestically to the US. Our aspiration is to ship internationally in the future.
What does shipping cost?
Orders that are $75 or more within the U.S. ship FREE. Orders less than $75 ship flat rate $6.00 and sample only orders ship flat rate $3.00
How long will it take to receive my order?
Here at Theoderma, we use natural ingredients made in small batches. In stock items are shipped the next day Monday through Thursday and on Monday for orders placed Friday- Sunday. In the event that we need to freshly batch your products, you will be notified via email. Production time typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.

What is your return policy?
30 Day guarantee. While we hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products, if you're not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return them. Just contact customer service via phone or email for an RMA number and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Returns/ refunds are typically processed in 14 days. From there it depends on your financial institution when the funds will be made available to you
What if I received an order with broken items, missing items, or my package is missing?
Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30 day window. Please include a photo of broken items in any email communication.
